Sausage Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. fully cooked Italian turkey sausage
8 oz. pkg. refrigerated biscuits
6 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Peel away casing of sausage and chop meat into small pieces. Brown in skillet sprayed with Pam.
On a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam, pressing with fingers, spread the biscuit dough.
Make sure seams are tightly sealed and there are no holes or thin spots.
Top with sausage and cheese.
Roll up dough to enclose filling.
Bake on middle shelf for 30 minutes or until golden brown in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
Check after 15 or 20 minutes.
