Stress-Beating Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt (you may also use a flavored variety)
    1/2 peach, with center pit remove, but with the skin left on
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 fresh mint sprig or 1/4 tsp. dried mint
    pinch of ground ginger (optional)
    1 ice cube
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into blender and whip.
