Sour Cream Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 firm green cabbage
1 egg, well beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Shred the cabbage fine.
Cook in as little water as possible until tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
Drain, then add the other ingredients; mix together.
Heat thoroughly on low heat.
