New York Cheese Cake(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
24 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp. butter
4 oz. sour cream
3 tsp. sugar
18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
24 oz. cream cheese
3 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs, separated
pinch of salt
3 c. heavy cream
2 pkg. Nabisco chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
2 sticks sweet butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
Kahlua to taste (optional)

Preparation

Melt chocolate.
Set aside.
Whip the cream cheese; add vanilla, Kahlua, 3/4 cup sugar and egg yolks.
Blend in chocolate.
