Gram'S Homemade Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. pickling spice
    5-inches dill
    2 (1-inch) garlic clove pieces
    pinch of mustard seed
    1:1 ratio water and vinegar in small pot
    however many Kirby cucumbers will fit in your glass jar
Preparation
    Boil the water, salt and vinegar in small pot.
    Meanwhile, place cucumbers, pickling spice, dill, garlic clove and mustard seed in sealable glass jar.
    Once liquids are boiled, place into jar and seal tightly.
    Let sit until cool.
    Once cooled, place in refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks or until desired crunch.
