Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. green pepper
    1 1/2 c. onions
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. mild cheese
    1 small can biscuits
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except biscuit and cheese.
    Put beef mixture in an 8-inch pan.
    Roll out biscuits and cover beef, mixed ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes, then cover with grated cheese.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
