Pork Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep dish, frozen pie shell
    6 oz. shredded Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. light cream or milk
Preparation
    Place frozen pie shell on a baking sheet; do not prick. Bake in\ta 400\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Reduce temperature
    to 325\u00b0.
    Sprinkle cheese in bottom of pie shell; set aside.
