Country Pork 'N Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. country style pork ribs
1 Tbsp. oil
14 oz. sauerkraut (undrained)
2 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. applesauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

In a Dutch oven, cook ribs and onion in oil until ribs are browned and onion is tender.
Remove from heat.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until ribs are tender.
Yields 4 servings.
