Baked Quail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. quail
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. minced parsley
    4 Tbsp. truffle peelings
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. minced onions
Preparation
    Salt and pepper quail inside and out.
    Combine mushrooms, bread crumbs, salt, cayenne pepper and truffles.
    Saute in butter.
    Stuff quail with this mixture.
