Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix dates, nuts and peanut butter together.
    With your hands wet in cold water, shape these into tiny balls about the size of a marble.
    Make an icing with cream or milk and powdered sugar.
    Dip each ball into the icing and, while icing is still wet, roll in coconut.
    Place each ball on waxed paper and place in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
    This makes approximately 30 (1-inch in diameter).
