Carrot Cake(Use "Glaze" Or "Icing" Topping) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Place all dry goods in a bowl and add oil and eggs.
Mix together.
Add carrots and nuts, blend. Pour mixture into ungreased 8 x 12-inch pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
