Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped in small pieces
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed; drain grease.
    Put hot broccoli in mixing bowl.
    Add cream cheese and mix well.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Dip onion out; reserve margarine.
    Add onion to broccoli.
    Add mushroom soup to broccoli and mix well.
    Put mixture in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Saute crushed crackers in margarine (add another 1/2 stick margarine, if needed).
    Put Ritz crackers on top of casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
