Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced cooked carrots
1 medium green pepper, chopped fine
1 onion, chopped fine
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
Stir together other ingredients and pour over vegetables.
Cover and chill.
(Can remain in refrigerator for several weeks.)
