Quiche Bretagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. white wine
8 oz. chopped Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/3 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine mayonnaise, salt, eggs, milk and wine.
Mix until well blended.
Toss cheese with flour.
Add cheese, crabmeat, celery and onion to mayonnaise mixture; mix well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
