Reubenwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 egg white, beaten
1 caraway seed (optional)
6 oz. thinly sliced corned beef
1/4 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. hot water (125~ to 130~)
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. ketchup
1 tsp. mustard
little bit of dried minced onion
dash of Worcestershire sauce
few drops of liquid smoke
Preparation

Mix
well and use!
Heat the extra sauce and serve with the Reuben.
