Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Hot sausage
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 envelopes chicken noodle soup mix
    1/2 c. rice, raw
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Toss and brown sausage; drain on paper towels.
    Pour off most of grease and cook pepper, onion and celery until tender.
    Boil chicken soup mix and rice in
    4 1/2 cups water for 7 minutes.
    Put all together in a casserole dish and add almonds.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
