Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. finely shredded cheese (your choice)
Preparation

Core and seed peppers. Brown hamburger, onion, garlic, salt and pepper; drain. Add Minute rice and tomato sauce. Stuff mixture into pepper shells. Put in baking dish; cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Uncover; add cheese. Return to oven until melted.
