South Of The Border Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. hot water
2 tsp. margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. dried whole cilantro
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
dash of ground red pepper
12 half ears frozen corn on the cob
Preparation
-
Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Cook corn according to package directions; transfer corn to a serving platter and brush margarine mixture over corn.
