Sauce For Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. applesauce
    3/4 c. red currant jelly
    4 tsp. beef bouillon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Heat applesauce.
    Add rest of ingredients; cook until bouillon is dissolved.
    Pour half of sauce over pork roast the last 30 minutes of baking.
    Pour remaining sauce over meat when serving.
