1 1/2 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 qt. raspberry sherbet, softened
3/4 qt. pistachio ice cream, softened
1/2 c. diced candied fruit
2 Tbsp. rum
3 large egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. whipping cream
candied fruit

This recipe for Chicken Cacciatore came from Pisa, Italy where we camped on our trip through Italy.
The wine makes the difference.
I make homemade noodles to go with it and to serve.
I put the noodles on a large platter; top with the chicken and then the sauce.
Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
