Chicken Parmesan With Spaghetti - cooking recipe

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. Prego spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes (8 oz. dry)
Preparation

Flatten chicken to an even thickness, using palm of hand or meat mallet.
Dip chicken in egg; coat with bread crumbs.
In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook chicken until browned on both sides.
Add spaghetti sauce.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve over hot spaghetti.
