Saucy Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans (fresh)
    4 strips bacon
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. green bean water (reserved from boiling beans)
Preparation
    Boil green beans until done.
    Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp; chop.
    In a large frying pan, saute onion in 2 tablespoons bacon grease until tender.
    Add bacon, vinegar, sugar, bean water and beans to frying pan.
    Warm through and serve.
