Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. (2 c.) canned salmon
    4 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion
    1/2 green pepper
    1/3 sleeve crushed crackers
    1 or 2 eggs
Preparation
    Drain juice off salmon; save some to mix with mixture if it's too dry.
    Make into patties; fry in a nonstick pan.
    Makes 6 patties.
