*Rocky Road Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. salted peanuts
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Melt chocolate pieces, chocolate and butter in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
    Remove from heat. Beat eggs until foamy.
    Mix in sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Blend in chocolate mixture.
    Stir in peanuts and marshmallows.
    Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
    Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Store in the refrigerator; remove just before serving.
    Makes about 4 dozen candies.
