Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head fresh cauliflower
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    1 small container sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Steam cauliflower until begins to get tender, yet still firm. Break apart flowerets and arrange in casserole.
    Gently mix sour cream and soup.
    Pour over flowerets.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
