Baked Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini or yellow summer squash
    3 eggs, beaten (sub. egg beaters)
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Slice squash in half inch pieces.
    Boil 3 minutes or until tender.
    Add onion, eggs and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Pour into one quart casserole.
    Mix butter and crumbs and sprinkle over squash. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes until brown.
    Serves 6.
