Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. salt pork
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp. molasses
Preparation

Soak beans overnight.
Parboil; drain.
Add to baking dish. Mix all ingredients and add to beans.
Add water to cover.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours.
