Bride'S Dinner(Pork Chops) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 slices day old bread, cubed
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
4 pork chops (1 inch thick)
4 apples (medium)
1/4 c. seedless raisins
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 medium sweet potatoes, pared
3 Tbsp. melted butter
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine bread cubes, egg, butter, seasonings and onion.
Shape into four balls.
Place chops in shallow baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place one ball of stuffing on each chop. Core apples.
Set in pan with chops.
Combine raisins, sugar and cinnamon.
Fill centers of apples.
Roll sweet potatoes in melted butter.
Place in pan with chops and apples.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
Serves 4.
