Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion.
    Drain.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer, partly covered, for 2 hours.
    (Simmering can be done in a crock-pot.)
    Can be frozen in separate containers for more than one meal.
    When thawed, heat through and serve over spaghetti.
