Red Hot Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. red hots
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. applesauce
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 pecans, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Bring water to boil. Add red hots, stirring until melted. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and chill until firm.
