Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted shortening
Preparation

In mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk and melted shortening. Mix well.
Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
