Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening (butter)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cream shortening, sugar and extracts. Add eggs and beat well.
    Sift dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture.
    Roll into little balls and roll in a bowl of 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Bake about 8 to 10 minutes.
