Vanilla Butter Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks oleo and 1/2 c. Crisco
    3 1/4 c. cake flour
    3 tsp. vanilla butter and nut flavoring
    3/4 c. Carnation milk
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar until creamy.
    Add one egg at a time.
    Add flour alternately with milk to creamy mixture.
    Fold in flavoring.
    Pour into floured and greased tube pan.
    Place in cold oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
