Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. tube Pillsbury crescent rolls
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Saute thin sliced zucchini and onion in margarine for 10 minutes.
    Stir in parsley and seasonings.
    Combine eggs and cheese and stir into zucchini mixture.
    Separate dough into 8 triangles and press into 10-inch quiche pan.
    Press over bottom and up sides.
    Spread mustard over crust and pour in the vegetable mixture.
