Crab Supremes(Makes 16 To 18 Canapes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) crab meat
    1/2 c. finely minced celery
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 tsp. chopped sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    crisp crackers or toast rounds
Preparation
    Drain crab meat.
    Place in a 1-quart bowl and flake with a fork.
    Add celery, mustard, pickle relish and mayonnaise.
    Mix well.
    Spread mixture on crackers or toast rounds.
    Place 8 at a time on a plate lined with a paper towel.
    Cook on High for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until piping hot.
