No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Microwave chocolate chips until melted.
Set aside to cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar and butter on medium speed of mixer until creamy.
Gradually add melted chocolate, beating on low until blended.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate until firm.
Makes 8 servings.
