Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. grated cheese
1 can mushroom soup
minced onions
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
Add to rice.
Stir in cheese, soup and onions.
Pour into casserole dish. Cook approximately 30 minutes or until cheese appears to be thoroughly melted.
Do not overcook as casserole will be dry.
