Tomato And Pear Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tomatoes, chopped
    1 lb. pears, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 small jar pimiento, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except pimiento.
    Boil slowly for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Add pimiento and boil 5 minutes longer. Pack into sterilized jars.
    Seal.
