Cheese Fettuccine With Peas And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    6 oz. ham (Plumrose), cut into julienne strips
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 oz. Camembert cheese
    2 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
    2 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into strips
    2 oz. Parmesan cheese
    2 1/2 c. peas
    1 1/4 lb. fettucine
Preparation
    In a large pot, bring 5-quarts salted water to a boil.
    In a frying pan, melt the butter over low heat.
    Add the onion and saute, stirring frequently, until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add the cream, Camembert, Blue cheese, Swiss and Parmesan until the cheeses have almost completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
    Add the ham.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir well and keep warm.
