Lasagna(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 c. water
    10 oz. lasagna noodles
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. Ricotta/cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
    Add next 5 ingredients plus water.
    Simmer covered for about 15 minutes. (During this time, cook noodles in boiling salted water.)
    Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients except Mozzarella.
    Layer 1/2 the noodles in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
    Spread 1/2 the cottage cheese/egg mixture over noodles.
    Layer with 1/2 the Mozzarella cheese, then 1/2 the meat mixture.
    Repeat with other half of the noodles, cottage cheese/egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and meat sauce.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
