Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork sausage (light) or turkey
1 c. uncooked rice
1 pkg. Mrs. Grass chicken soup mix
1/2 c. onions
1 c. celery, chopped
2 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain fat.
Take off heat and mix sausage, rice, onions and celery in casserole.
If made ahead, refrigerate this portion and then when ready to bake, mix soy sauce, water and soup.
Pour over casserole.
Bake, covered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
