Pork Cutlets With Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork cutlets
    4 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. chicken broth or 1 bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. water
Preparation
    Grill pork over medium-hot coals until done.
    Do not overcook. May also fry.
