Cheddar Fish Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. mayonnaise (reduced calorie)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    7 or 8 oz. fish, cooked and flaked
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 oz. Cheddar cheese (low-fat), shredded
    1 oz. Mozzarella cheese (part skim), shredded
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except fish.
    Add fish and mix gently.
    Place in a dish coated with nonstick spray.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    May be appetizer or entree.
