Pineapple Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Place all of the ingredients into a double boiler and cook until thickened.
    Stir frequently.
    When mixture is thickened, pour into a 9-inch cooked and cooled pie shell.
    Refrigerate.
