Ginny'S Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crab meat (check for shells)
    handful unseasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. red pepper
    good pinch Old Bay seasoning
    some chopped parsley
    1 egg
    1 full Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Form into patties.
    Let chill in refrigerator.
    Can be broiled or fried in Crisco.
