Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
1 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped pecans
1 egg
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cream the margarine and both sugars until light and
fluffy. Add oil and egg.
Mix well. Add oats, flour, corn flakes, nuts and coconut, if desired.
Mix well with salt, soda and vanilla.
Form into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
