Cocoa Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sweet milk
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. cocoa
heaping Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. sugar per egg white
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Separate egg whites and yolks; beat yolks.
Add milk.
Mix cocoa and vanilla.
Mix cocoa, 1 1/2 cups sugar, flour and salt. Melt butter in a heavy skillet.
Add wet egg yolks, milk and vanilla.
Gradually add to dry ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into skillet with melted butter; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and place in prebaked pie shell.
