Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    16 oz. can tomatoes, crushed
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. each oregano, basil and parsley
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onions in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes to 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
