Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. pure lemon flavor
    1 c. whole milk
    5 to 6 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Sift flour 3 times.
    Last time, add baking powder.
    Beat butter and Crisco until creamy.
    Add sugar; beat until fluffy. Separate eggs; beat yolks and add to creamy mixture.
    Add vanilla and lemon flavors.
    Add flour and milk alternately and beat.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add to mixture and beat until well mixed. Put in cold oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
