Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1 1/4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. green pepper, coarsely chopped
    1 orange, peeled and sliced
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in a single layer in a large skillet. Combine orange juice, soy sauce, molasses, dry mustard, garlic powder, cinnamon and ginder. Pour over chicken. Bring to boil, lower heat. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Add green pepper, cook 5 minutes longer.
